업무 내용
- Responsible for leading the data annotation project with company staff and partners, vendors
- By designing and planning the project in detail in terms of human resources, timeline, work process and communication
- By fully understanding the rules of work with guidelines and with communication with the Korean team verbally and in writing
- By communicating smoothly with Vietnamese Annotators and Project Leader in Korean
- By managing the quality of output with strict quality control activity
- By taking responsibility for quality of output
- By managing work progress to meet the required due date
- By looking up the potential risk in advance and the presented crisis about the project at right time and properly
- By managing and planning human resources with the explicit mind of cost/benefit
- By managing data annotation outsourcing company
- By giving exact work guideline and instructions to reviewer, annotator and vendor's PL
자격요건
- [Mandatory] Korean Proficiency which is more than the advanced level in listening, speaking, reading and writing
- 1-2 years of wor experience (Junior Level)
Prefered:
- Graduated Korean language major
- Basic understanding of the cost-benefit idea
- Basic understanding of data annotation job and/or AI technology
- Experience related AI data annotation company
- Experience related Project Leader
